Director of Employment & Training, Mental Health Professional, and Financial Instructor

Fahim Muhammad brings extensive experience in workforce development, behavioral health, financial education, and community engagement. He is dedicated to helping individuals build the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to achieve meaningful employment, financial stability, and long-term success. Through leadership, mentorship, and innovative programming, he supports Freedom Apex Solutions' mission of empowering individuals to overcome barriers and reach their fullest potential.

Dr. Latrise Muhammad

Director of Special Education, Academic Development & Operations

Dr. Latrise Muhammad is an experienced educational leader with expertise in special education, leadership development, program implementation, compliance, and organizational improvement. With more than two decades of experience in education, she is committed to expanding access to high-quality services that empower children, youth, adults, and families. Her passion for collaboration, advocacy, and community engagement helps guide Freedom Apex Solutions in delivering meaningful, person-centered programs that strengthen individuals and communities.
